The Hanover Lions Club is committed to increasing our role as a vibrant service club that contributes to the town of Hanover and the surrounding community.

To this end, one of our big projects is to sponsor at the "Gold" level the new Regional Recreation Complex.  Please join us on September 11th, as we host the gala "A MOMENT FROZEN IN TIME", the first major event to be held in the P & H Centre.  On this never-to-be-repeated occasion we will celebrate the completion of this amazing complex, that will serve Hanover and the surrounding area for many years to come.  The evening will include a gourmet dinner, a silent auction, and a dance to the music of Lulu's Roadhouse Band.  Please see our website: www.momentfrozen.ca for more current information.

In addition to the gala we have a number of other fundraising events all designed to give us the ability to help people in need, and to contribute to the worthwhile charitable activities of others.

We are always happy to welcome new members. The motto of the International Lions Clubs is "We serve".   Our club is hard working and capable and we hope to make a difference to many in the years to come by living up to this motto.  Stay tuned....
